4. User Content and AI Processing

4.1. Your User Content is processed automatically using machine learning models solely to fulfil Your generation requests. We do not use Your uploaded photos to train Our own AI models.

4.2. You warrant that You have the legal grounds to upload and process the User Content, including images of people, and that, where the content depicts identifiable people other than You, they have consented to such processing.

4.3. The processing of data by third-party AI providers is governed by their own policies and terms. We select providers that offer appropriate safeguards, but We are not responsible for their independent actions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Our payment processor and merchant of record. When You make a purchase, Your payment details are submitted directly to Lemon Squeezy and are subject to its own privacy policy. We do not store or collect Your payment card details; We receive only payment metadata (such as the amount, status and transaction identifier) necessary to fulfil Your order and manage Your subscription.

6. Sharing Your Data

We may share Your data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers (processors): payment processing (Lemon Squeezy), hosting and cloud infrastructure, content delivery and storage, third-party AI providers processing Your generation requests, email delivery, and analytics providers;
• Legal authorities: if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate abuse of the Service, protect Our rights or the safety of users;
